iPT WIDERIDE_ Wide Ride improves performance in three key ways
1. The Wide Ride interface is 30% wider than the original iPT. It
was developed specifically for skis 80mm and wider.
2. The toe and heel pieces for the Wide Ride system are the same
design as those of the Marker Duke and Jester freeride
bindings. The new components contribute to better perfor
mance with a more secure wrap on the boot lug, and increased
directional elasticity in the heel.
3. Lighter weight, shorter connection to the ski. Both the new toe
and heel components are extremely light, allowing the skier to
have a very wide ski that is as easy to handle and maneuver-
able as a narrower system. This is also aided by the short
overall length of the system.
