I started skiing when I was 1 year old. I joined Ski and Snowboard Club Vail did my first mogul competition when I was 7 years old. I also competed in biking, soccer, swimming, climbing, and cross-country running when I was younger. I won States in varsity mountain biking in high school and was invited to compete in a mountain bike world cup in Germany. I made the ski team when I was a junior in high school. Love traveling the world and skiing.
What is your favorite ski in Völkl Collection?
Why do you like this ski?
I really like the Mogul Wall because it performs great in the moguls. It is the right stiffness, and its shape good for carving through the moguls and also fun to cruse the mountain with.
What conditions do you use this ski for?
I use the Mogul Wall for pretty much all conditions. It works great on ice, and it is even fun to rip up some powder with.
What other skis in the 2011/2012 collection do you ride?
I also really like the Early rise bridge 171. They are super fun skis for the powder and are fun on a smooth snow.
Can you tell us a little about each pair of skis, and about what sort of conditions you use them for?
What about bindings? What bindings do you use? And where do you mount them?
I use the Jester bindings.
What DIN do you have your bindings on?
Ski hero growing up:
My dad (Mike Kloser), Toby Dawson, Hannah Hardaway, and Minna Karhu
Ideal day in the mountains:
: Either a day out skiing some fresh powder on the steeps or skiing a mogul course that has a little bit of fresh snow on it.
How would you describe your style:
My skiing is technical because mogul skiing is judged on technique.
Your biggest breakthrough in your skiing career:
Making the U.S. Ski Team at U.S. Selections in 2009 and competing in the Gold Cup a few days later. Also throwing back full at the first World Cup I competed in.

What age did you start to ski:
I was 1 year old the first time I went skiing. My parents took me up on Vail Mountain thinking I would only want to do one run but I insisted that we keep skiing until the mountain closed. I was hooked ever since.
Best snow trip:
My family went to Austria in 2004 and we skied at St. Moritz one day and it was snowing about 6 inches an hour, there was no one on the mountain. There was just amazing powder everywhere. It was very difficult to see where we were going, we were very glad the pistes were marked with the bamboo poles and circles.
